Rich Napoli is overly excited to have joined the Better Living Realty Team! Rich grew up in Cheshire and Hamden and has resided in Naugatuck, CT for almost 16 years. Mr. Napoli is a homeowner and also a landlord who enjoys managing properties as well as home projects. Rich loves to learn and recently completed a home flip and likes to be involved in real estate investments. Rich would love to help you find your dream home or next investment! Mr. Napoli has also spent time in his career in the private business sector. In business, Rich was an account executive where he had sales and marketing responsibilities for highly successful corporations named BKM Total Office and William B. Meyer in Connecticut.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Eastern Connecticut State University and earned his Master of Science in Elementary Education and Sixth Year Diploma in Educational Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University. Rich is also a graduate of the University of Connecticut’s Superintendent Executive Leadership Program.
